DISCOVER
So you’ve decided to take the plunge? Congratulations! The discovery process starts with an initial “brain-storm” session, taking place in person* (if you live local) or via google meet.
During this session, I’ll listen to your business goals and dreams, what services I can offer you and decide if we will be a good fit.
After the initial meeting, depending on the service package you’ve chosen, you'll make receive our contract, make the deposit & secure your spot. We then move forward into our research stage, introducing an in-depth client questionnaire which leads through to brand research, strategy and creative direction.

CREATE
This is where we create the magic. After the discovery phase is approved we use our branding strategy as a reference to create your concept development.
After creating multiple concepts, we pick the strongest one and present it to you via an in-depth presentation so you can visualise your design in the real world. Once presented, this can be revised until perfect!
Next, if collateral was selected this will be created and proposed.
IMPLEMENT
As the project is nearing end, we pick a launch date and start developing a launch strategy to help you have a successful launch.
During this time, we take a few days to save all of the different file types you will need as well as create detailed brand guidelines for you.
All of your new design files will be sent to you in an organized Dropbox folder ready for launch.
