Emmanuel and Rosina migrated from the island of Gozo, Malta in 1960 to reside in Victoria, Australia. Whilst living in country Victoria, they realised how much they missed the traditional Maltese food from back home. With a passion for cheese-making as family tradition, they decided to set-up shop near their farm and create ‘Gozo Gbejniet’ which specialises in all things Gbejniet and Maltese snacks. 
Gbejniet is a speciality cheese created from sheeps milk that can be served in multiple ways (fresh, peppered etc.) 
The brand is strong (just like the taste of the cheese), playful and eye catching.
